Can't find a server that meets your exact needs? NetSource can customize any of our dedicated servers for you. This means you can upgrade items like ram, hard disks, or even raid if you need this. NetSource also will allow our dedicated customers to visit us (scheduled visit) if they need access to the servers, ex. installing software. A NetSource system administrator would escort the customer into our secure datacenter and get them connected to their machine. NetSource's understands that sometimes it is important to be able to come in to work on your systems, and that is why we have a process in place for doing that. This is another reason that NetSource has one of the longest customer retention rates in the industry.
