In Case Of Emergency Please Use The Following Contact Instructions:


If you are an existing NetSource customer and have a hosting emergency, you can contact NetSource 24/7/365 using the method below. A NetSource representative will answer the phone, and re-route you to a person capable of addressing your emergency or request. If you need to reach a NetSource technician after hours for any reason, please use the emergency contact method below:

1) Dial the main NetSource office phone number at 630-778-1212
2) Next, dial extension 35 to reach a NetSource emergency contact representative
3) Explain your issue in detail, and you will be routed to the best possible technician to solve the issue

If an emergency happens during normal business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), you can call our normal office number at 630-778-1212. Please let the receptionist know you have an emergency before dialing extension 35. The receptionist will route you to the technician on call who is currently working during normal business hours.

For non-emergency support issues you can always email support@ntsource.com, but do not send time sensitive or emergency requests to the support email address. The support email is not monitored 24/7. If you have a time sensitive request during non-business hours, you should use the emergency phone number above or submit an emergency trouble ticket below. If your issue can wait until normal business hours or is not time dependent, you can email, call, or use the trouble ticket system outlined below.
